Dear  Mr. Andang Supratman, Thanks for your mail and I really appreciate your kind gesture and care to me.  Firstly, I want you to understand little about me before I go into details about my proposal. I am a 19 years old girl. You may not agree with me about the fact that in Africa here any parents that have no son/male child are automatically regarded as people/parents that have no child; this is our African mentality which has been existing before our great grand fathers. For this reason my uncles, wives and his male children wants to eliminate me as to have possession over my late father’s wealth; they knew that without killing me, that there is no way they can legally claim my father’s properties. I will explain on that later, so that I don’t bore you with lengthy mail.  Presently I am in Abidjan the economical capital of Cote d'Ivoire. After the death of my father, his wicked relatives took by force all his properties and planned to eliminate me before I ran away for my dear life. As a matter of fact I am suspecting my relatives over the death of my father. This is following the untimely and mysteries behind the death of my parents coupled with the recent predicament surrounding my life. Talking about my proposal, my father deposited the total sum of USD 12.5 million dollars with a bank in London, where he intended investing the money in Real Estate. Just recently I contacted the bank for this money and the bank let me know that since am still 19 years of age, that my late father placed condition on the funds that I must get to 25 yrs of age before having direct access over this fund, right now I can’t wait to be 25 yrs here following the circumstances surrounding me and the ongoing political instability in this country, the rebels have captured 60% of the country while the ruling government are governing only 40%. We are not safe here; it is only by God’s special grace that you see me writing this mail. Presently the advised me to issue a letter of authorization to somebody above 25 years old to receive it on my behalf since I can not have direct access to the fund due to my under age. I want you to be my partner in the investment of this fund in your country Indonesia If you will be capable to assist me sincerely from your heart, I will demand you with all respect to re-confirm to me your full details so that I will proceed to the ministry of justice to apply for a certificate of LEGAL authorization by a help of an attorney which will enable you contact the bank in London for the transfer of this fund to you in your country.
